You must be at least 18. Membership renews until you cancel. We teach, review, and create opportunities—but we do not guarantee employment, clients, revenue, or business success.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Scout Platforms LLC, doing business as School of Outcomes (“School of Outcomes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), when you create an account, purchase a membership, access protected materials, or use our community features. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Community Standards are incorporated into these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase a membership, or use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. One individual membership is for one person and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used to provide account access to another person.
3. Membership and automatic renewal
School of Outcomes is an all-access subscription. The standard launch prices are $49 monthly or $490 annually, in U.S. dollars, plus applicable taxes. The price and billing frequency shown at checkout control if they differ from this page.
There is no free trial. Your paid access begins after payment is confirmed. Unless you cancel, monthly memberships renew each month and annual memberships renew each year using the payment method on file. We may change future prices with advance notice; a price change applies no earlier than your next renewal after the stated notice period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel online at any time from Membership & Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid. You retain access through that date unless access is terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, a serious safety violation, or another material breach.
You do not need to call, chat with retention staff, or provide a reason to cancel. If you cannot access your account, email billing@schoolofoutcomes.com.
5. Refunds and payment disputes
Your first membership purchase is eligible for the 7-day fit guarantee described in our Refund Policy. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, or material billing error. Approved refunds may end access immediately.
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate. This does not limit rights you have under applicable law or your cardholder agreement.
6. Educational purpose and outcomes
School of Outcomes provides education, practice, feedback, community, and tools for documenting skills. We are not an accredited college or university, and our credentials are not academic degrees or professional licenses. We do not guarantee a job, promotion, client, income level, investment result, business result, or any other economic outcome.
You are responsible for evaluating and applying information. Content about business, money, technology, security, law, tax, health, or financial markets is educational and is not individualized professional advice.
7. Our content and your license
Courses, lessons, recordings, presentations, templates, assessments, software, designs, and trademarks are owned by School of Outcomes, its professors, or its licensors. While your membership is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access materials for your own learning and portfolio development.
You may not scrape, reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, train a commercial model on, distribute, remove rights notices from, or create a competing library from protected materials unless we give written permission.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of original work you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably needed to operate the service, provide review, enforce policy, protect users, and comply with law. Public profile or community content may be visible to other eligible members according to your settings. Private submissions are not made public by default.
You must have the rights needed to upload your content. Do not submit confidential employer or client information, personal data you are not authorized to share, malware, or infringing material.
9. Community conduct and moderation
You must follow the Community Standards. We may remove content, limit features, restrict conversations, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. We aim to use proportionate action and provide an appeal path, but immediate action may be necessary for credible threats, exploitation, fraud, severe harassment, or platform security.
10. Copyright complaints
Send copyright notices to copyright@schoolofoutcomes.com with identification of the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy-and-authority statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove material and notify the member who posted it. Repeat infringement may result in termination.
11. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties for hosting, authentication, payments, email, files, video, and other operations. Their terms may apply when you use their services or follow external links. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or separate transactions between members.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scout Platforms LLC, School of Outcomes, and their officers, staff, professors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes and termination
We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel renewal if you do not agree.
